This policy covers personal data collected through this website. Personal data processed inside the Destratech product on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, where the customer is the controller and Destratech is the processor.
Who we are
Destratech, based in Portugal, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@destratech.com.
What we collect
Demo and contact requests: the name, company, business email, phone number, company size, industry, operational details and contact preference you submit in the form.
Technical data: your request generates standard server logs. Where website analytics are enabled, they run without cookies and without cross-site tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare and hold a demo, and follow up about it. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where required, your consent.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your details for advertising.
How long we keep it
Demo and contact requests are kept while the opportunity is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who else sees it
Service providers that host this site, transport our email and store our business records. They act on our instructions and are bound by contract. We do not transfer this data outside the European Economic Area without a lawful transfer mechanism in place.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@destratech.com and we will respond within one month.
You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
