Do our technicians need training?
No. The field app shows the jobs assigned to that person today and little else. If someone can use a phone, they can use it.
What happens where there is no signal?
Work carried out offline is queued on the device and syncs when connectivity returns.
Are you tracking our staff all day?
No. Location is captured at check-in and check-out and during an active job window — not passively, and not outside working time.
Can we keep our current tools?
